Two women were killed and three others, including two children, injured when an autorickshaw rammed into a culvert on NH-65 in Sangareddy district. The victims were returning to Hyderabad after visiting a dargah. Police registered a case.

Sangareddy: Reckless driving resulted in the death of two women while three others were left with injuries in a road mishap on Saturday. The auto they were travelling in hit a roadside culvert on NH-65 at Nandi Kadni in Sadasivapet mandal.
Two passengers Rukimini (42) and Lavanya (39) died on the spot. Three others including two children sustained serious injuries. They were rushed to the government hospital in Sangareddy for treatment.
The condition of a couple of them is said to be critical. The victims are natives of Manoor and Nyalkal mandal were living in Hyderabad. However, they visited a darga on Saturday night and they were on their way back to Hyderabad after performing some puja. A case was registered.
