The Telangana Council of Higher Education has announced the DOST 2026 schedule for degree admissions. The three-phase process begins on April 15, with seat allotments and reporting spread across May and June. Classes are set to begin from July 1.

Hyderabad: The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) on Monday released the Degree Online Services Telangana (DOST) 2026 schedule for admissions to conventional degree programmes for the academic year 2026-27.
The three-phase admission process, as per the schedule released by TGCHE Chairman Prof V Balakista Reddy, will commence with the first-phase registrations via the website https://dost.cgg.gov.in/ from April 15 to May 7. Web options for choosing a course and college are scheduled between April 30 and May 8.
Students claiming special category certificates (PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Extracurricular activities) have to get them verified on May 7 and 8. The first-phase seat allotment is scheduled for May 14, and online self-reporting by students who got seats is between May 15 and 23.
Similarly, registration for the second-phase admissions is from May 15 to 25, and web options are from May 15 to 26. Special category certificate verification is scheduled for May 26. The second-phase seat allotment is on May 30, and online self-reporting by students is between May 31 and June 5.
Registration for the third-phase admissions is from May 31 to June 15, and web options will be open between May 31 and June 16. Verification of special category certificates is on June 16. Seats will be allotted on June 20, and online self-reporting by students is from June 20 to 25.
Students who confirm their seats via self-reporting in the first, second and third phases of admissions have to report at the allotted college between June 20 and 27. The colleges will hold orientation sessions for students on June 29 and 30, and the first semester classwork will begin on July 1.
