A 29-year-old man died of electrocution in Medak after coming into contact with live wires while switching on a borewell motor. The victim died on the spot, leaving behind his wife and two young daughters

Man dies of electrocution in Medak

Medak: A young man Jayampet Sudhakar (29) was electrocuted at Avancha village in Narsapur mandal on Wednesday.

He came in touch with live electric wires while switching on the borewell motor on the premises of his house. The man died on the spot as he suffered a serious electric shock.


Sudhakar, who was working in a private industry,  is survived by his wife Kalpana and two daughters, both aged below five years. The incident left the family in a shock.

The police registered a case and the body was taken to the government hospital in Narsapur for postmortem.
