Narayanguda Police arrested an interstate burglar near Secunderabad Railway Station while he was allegedly planning another theft. The accused was linked to earlier house burglaries and multiple offences across Telangana, Delhi, and West Bengal.

Hyderabad: The Narayanguda Police arrested a notorious interstate house burglar identified as Hafijul Sekh (37) near Secunderabad Railway Station while he was allegedly planning another theft on Monday.
Police said the suspect was previously involved in two burglaries in Narayanguda area, targeting locked houses and stealing gold ornaments and cash worth around Rs 2 lakh.
Based on separate complaints by residents of Narayanguda and Himayathnagar, cases were booked and with the help of CCTV footage, the suspect was identified and nabbed.
He is also linked to multiple property offences across Telangana, Delhi and West Bengal and was also imprisoned earlier in a case, police said.
