Hyderabad: Green India Challenge founder and former MP J Santosh Kumar has been nominated for the prestigious Global Green Icon award. The award will be presented to him at the House of Lords, British Parliament on April 17.
Igniting Minds Organisation (IMO), a non-profit inspired by the vision of former President APJ Abdul Kalam, continues to elevate India’s environmental movement on the world stage. Organised by Heylin Spark Strategics UK Ltd, the World Leaders Conclave & Awards recognises individuals and initiatives driving impact in sustainability, climate action and inclusive growth.
The nomination not only highlights individual leadership but also reflects the growing influence of organisations like Igniting Minds Organisation in shaping people-driven environmental change, a press release said.
