In a post on his X account, Esmaeil Baghaei wrote, “French authorities are persisting in their “Orwellian doublespeak” and keeping silent vis-à-vis the most blatant US-Israeli violations of international law in Palestine, Lebanon and Iran.”
He advised French officials to stop double-standard behaviors and deceitful approaches.
“Did Iran start this war? Why aren’t you addressing the aggressors?! What you’re doing is exactly like when they told the French Resistance in World War II to bow down to the Nazi attack on French soil! Was such a request moral, logical, or legal?”
