The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced the launch of the 70th wave of Operation True Promise 4, saying more than 55 locations linked to the United States and Israel across West Asia were targeted.
According to the IRGC public relations office, loud explosions, fire and columns of smoke were reported in more than 55 locations from the first minutes of the operation, which was carried out in tribute to fallen Iranian military advisers under the code phrase “Allahu Akbar.”
The statement said five US regional bases in Al Kharj, Al Dhafra Air Base, Ali Al Salem Air Base, Erbil and the United States Fifth Fleet were targeted again over the past 24 hours using Qiam and Emad missile systems as well as attack drones.
It added that the IRGC Aerospace Force focused operations on strategic areas including Haifa and Tel Aviv.
According to the statement, targets were struck using Khorramshahr-4 and multi-warhead Qadr missile systems.
The IRGC also said that in its offensive strategy, any source of aggression against Iran’s territory and national sovereignty would face attacks beyond previous levels, adding that Iran’s armed forces and the IRGC are prepared for such a phase.
