Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev sent a congratultory message to President Masoud Pezeshkian to congratulate Eid Fitr and Nowruz.
Stating that today, the rapid escalation of the tension around Iran has caused serious concern, and as a result of this situation, Iran and other brotherly Muslim countries are facing a difficult test, and important facilities that have been the basis for the peaceful life of innocent people have been damaged, the President of Kazakhstan stated, “I am confident that Iran will overcome this difficult period with patience, wisdom, unity, and solidarity. I believe that preventing the escalation of tension and resolving the current situation through diplomatic means is of particular importance. Kazakhstan supports such initiatives and declares its readiness to participate in them.”
Expressing his country’s interest in developing traditional friendly relations based on mutual understanding between the two countries in the future and in the interests of the two nations, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev added, “May the spiritual blessing of Eid al-Fitr and the freshness of Nowruz bring you well-deserved success in your important government responsibilities and bring peace, stability, and prosperity to Iran.”
