Jagtial: A pregnant woman, Vaishnavi, was killed by her husband, Haribabu, in Madapur of Korutla mandal on Monday night.
According to villagers, the couple entered into an argument over a minor dispute on Monday night. As the argument escalated, Haribabu attacked Vaishnavi with a knife, resulting in severe bleeding injuries that led to her death on the spot.
Haribabu and Vaishnavi, who had been in love for some time, got married two years ago. She was four months pregnant.
Police began an investigation after registering a case.
