Following the suspicious and ambiguous drone attack on the Nakhchivan airport yesterday, officials in Baku hastily pointed the finger of blame at Tehran. However, live broadcast footage and field reports from “Baku TV” – known as one of the main media outlets close to the government of the Republic of Azerbaijan – showing the wreckage and remains of the downed drones within the Nakhchivan airport premises, contained an undeniable and incriminating piece of evidence.
As clearly and in high quality shown in the images published by the network itself, the phrase “İstehsalat Birliyi” (meaning Production Union in the Azerbaijani language) is engraved on the critical components of these drones.

This major and historic media blunder clearly proves that the unmanned aerial vehicles used in this false attack fundamentally belonged to the military industries of the Republic of Azerbaijan itself and were launched from within this very country.
