Ten labourers injured in honeybee attack in Rajanna Sircilla

About 10 labourers were injured when a swarm of honeybees attacked them while they were carrying out repair work on the Sarvai canal in Nizamabad village of Konaraopet mandal. The injured were shifted to hospitals for treatment.

Ten labourers injured in honeybee attack in Rajanna Sircilla

Rajanna Sircilla: About 10 labourers were injured in a honeybee attack at Nizamabad village in Konaraopet mandal on Wednesday.

According to local residents, the labourers were engaged in repair work of the Sarvai canal on the outskirts of the village when a swarm of bees emerged from nearby trees and attacked them.


Though the labourers ran away from the spot, they sustained injuries in the attack. Other workers shifted the injured to the Konaraopet Primary Health Centre, from where they were later shifted to the hospital in Sircilla for further treatment.
