Hyderabad: The Unstop Igniters Club, Department of Computer Science and Information Technology (CSIT), of MLR Institute of Technology organised a two-day national-level hackathon, Ignitia 2K26, with the objective of fostering innovation, strategic thinking, and technical excellence among students across the country.
The event attracted over 200 participants from Karnataka, Chennai, and various other regions, creating a vibrant and competitive national platform for young innovators.
The programme was conducted under the leadership of Dr D B K Kamesh, Head of the Department of Computer Science and Information Technology, and Dr V Radhika Devi, Principal of MLR Institute of Technology, and coordinated by faculty coordinators N Thulasi Chitra and V Divya.
Marri Raja Shekar Reddy, MLA of Malkajgiri and Founder Secretary of MLRIT, appreciated the CSIT Department for organising a national-level hackathon focused on real-world problem solving.
