An elderly man, Kumari Venkaiah, died after being electrocuted at his residence in Gajawada village of Regode mandal in Medak district. He reportedly came in contact with live electric wires. Police registered a case and sent the body for postmortem

Medak: An elderly man was electrocuted at Gajawada in Regode mandal on Friday when he came in contact with live electric wires at his residence. The victim was Kumari Venkaiah (65), who came in contact with live electric wires in his house by accident.
Venkaiah died on the spot. The police registered a case. The body was taken to the government hospital in Medak for postmortem.
