Hyderabad: Forest department personnel in Mannanur West Beat Thallachelka, Gundam area Sri Ishwar Forest, including Forest Range Officer Mannanur and Beat Officers Madhu, Hanmanthu, Karthik, along with Base Camp staff and Quick Response Team, battled a sudden fire outbreak in the Nallamalla forest area. After relentless efforts till midnight, they successfully brought the fire under control.
Officials emphasized the devastating impact of such fires on wildlife like mammals, reptiles, and insects, urging villagers to help protect the forest and its inhabitants by reporting any incidents of arson to the forest department.
