In a message to the Sultan of Oman, the Iranian President congratulated the country’s national day to Haitham bin Tariq Al-Said and the Omani nation.
The Islamic Republic of Iran is determined to use all capacities to develop cooperation and strengthen existing relations by relying on historical relations and religious, cultural, and popular ties with the Sultanate of Oman, the Iranian president said.
He also expressed hope that the bilateral relations between Iran and Oman will further expand in all fields in the light of joint efforts.
National Day is an official holiday in the Sultanate of Oman and the main one in the country. The holiday currently celebrates the birthday of Sultan Qaboos bin Said al Said, who reigned from 1970 to 2020.
