TEHRAN, Oct. 31 (MNA) – Russia’s UN ambassador Vassily Nebenzia has blamed the US for the ongoing atrocities committed by the Israeli regime against Palestinians, as Washington has opposed a UNSC resolution calling for an urgent ceasefire in Gaza.
