At least 16 bus passengers were injured when a private rammed into a truck on NH-65 near Kodad. The bus was on its way to Eluru from Hyderabad

Nalgonda: Sixteen passengers suffered injuries when a private travels bus rammed into a truck from behind at Kodad bypass on National Highway 65, in the early hours of Saturday.
The injured have been shifted to Government General Hospital in Kodad.
The incident occurred when the private travels bus was heading to Eluru in Andhra Pradesh from Hyderabad. The bus driver lost control and rammed into the truck from behind, according to reports.
About 36 passengers were travelling in the bus. Soon after the incident occurred, locals rushed to help the injured and shifted them to the hospital.
Unconfirmed reports said the incident occurred as the driver dozed off on the wheel.
