Hyderabad: BRS chief and former Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao on Thursday conveyed greetings to the people of Telangana on the occasion of Hanuman Jayanti. He hoped that Lord Hanuman would bless the people with strength and vision, and prayed for the State’s progress and prosperity.
In a statement, Chandrashekhar Rao said Lord Hanuman was a symbol of strength, wisdom, devotion, and humility. He termed Hanuman as a rare personality revered in Hindu scriptures for his knowledge and eloquence, citing references from the Ramayana and works of saint Tulsidas.
He hailed Hanuman’s unwavering devotion to Lord Rama and his role in upholding dharma without expectation of reward. Stating that Hanuman’s qualities of ideal leadership, courage, and selflessness remain an inspiration, he called upon the youth to imbibe his values of discipline, wisdom, and dedication.
