Hyderabad: The Budget session of the Telangana Legislative Assembly concluded with Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar adjourning the House sine die after 10 days of intense proceedings.
The Assembly passed the crucial Appropriation Bill, enabling the government expenditure and implementation of welfare and development schemes as part of the State Budget for 2026-27.
The House functioned for 82 hours and 47 minutes over 10 working days, witnessing debates between the ruling and opposition benches on public issues and budgetary allocations.
Ten key Bills were passed, while one Bill was referred to the select committee.
