According to the report, an armed Israeli’s “HERMES” drone, intended to infiltrate the airspace of the country, was intercepted and downed by the advanced air defense system of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps.
The IRGC’s air defense system conducted the downing operation of the Zionist enemy’s drone successfully over the southern Iranian city of Andimeshk before striking its targets.
The IRGC has put the total number of the drones downed by the advanced air defense system of the country at 113 since the beginning of war between Iran and US-Israel on February 28.
After the downing of four various drones of the enemy over the past 24 hours, the integrated air defense network system of the country has been in full alert and any violation of Iran’s airspace will be faced with the country’s decisive response, the IRGC added.
