“The 39th wave of Operation True Promise was carried out in the memory and names of the martyrs of authority, especially Lieutenant General Mousavi, the chief of the Armed Forces’ General Staff with the codename Amir Al-Momenin, against US targets in the region,” the IRGC statement said on Wednesday afternoon.
