Hyderabad: The Students’ Federation of India (SFI) HCU unit students on Wednesday staged a protest alleging that ABVP members attacked two students in Men’s Hostel-I on the intervening night of March 10 and 11.
The attack, according to the SFI HCU unit, was an attempt to silence a student who was resisting the ABVP-led students’ union’s fabricated narrative regarding the alleged Institution of Eminence (IoE) scam.
The SFI HCU unit demanded that the university administration immediately initiate disciplinary action against the perpetrators and ensure that such incidents do not recur in the hostels. “The struggle for accountability in the IoE scam will continue,” it added.
