The CISF celebrated its 57th Raising Day at the RSTPS Ramagundam unit in Peddapalli district with a ceremonial parade and tactical demonstration. NTPC Executive Director Chandan Kumar Samanta reviewed the parade and presented prizes to the best performers.

Peddapalli: The 57th Raising Day of the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) was celebrated at the CISF unit, RSTPS Ramagundam, on Tuesday.
The CISF personnel conducted a ceremonial parade at the parade ground, which was reviewed by Executive Director, NTPC Limited (Ramagundam & Telangana), Chandan Kumar Samanta, as the chief guest. CISF personnel enthusiastically participated in the ceremonial parade and displayed discipline, coordination and professionalism. Later, they demonstrated their operational readiness and tactical skills through a room intervention demo.
Chandan Kumar Samanta presented prizes to the best parade commander and best platoon and appreciated their performance. CISF Commandant Chanchal Sarkar, deputy commandants SA Raju and OVKS Shastri, and senior officers of NTPC management, CISF officers, staff and CISF family members attended the event.
