
Foreign Minister of Senegal in a telephone conversation with his Iranian counterpart Abbas Araghchi extended his condolences on the martyrdom of Leader of the Islamic Revolution and Iranian citizens who lost their lives as a result of the US-Israeli aggression against the country.
Turning to his attendance the Iranian Embassy in Dakar to pay tribute to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei and to express sympathy with the Iranian government and people, he strongly condemned the US-Israeli aggression against Iran.
For his part, Iran’s top diplomat pointed to the US-Israeli aggression against Iran occurred in the middle of nuclear talks between Iran and the United States, emphasizing that Tehran will continue to defend its national sovereignty and territorial integrity with utmost power based on the inherent right of legitimate defense.
The US and Israel launched attack on Iran Saturday, February 28, which resulted in martyring Leader of the Islamic Revolution, some of senior military commanders, and civilians.
