Hyderabad: A 33-year-old software engineer was found dead suspiciously inside his car on the Outer Ring Road in Abdullapurmet on Tuesday evening.
T Sivarama Krishna, a native of Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh, was residing in Gachibowli and working as a software engineer with a reputed firm. He was assigned to work on an assignment in the United States.
According to the police, Sivarama Krishna had called his family members on Monday and informed them that he was on his way home. However, on Tuesday late evening, patrolling personnel noticed a car parked near Exit 11 at Pedda Amberpet on the ORR. On inspection, they found a man lying unconscious inside the vehicle and immediately alerted emergency services.
An ambulance team rushed to the spot and confirmed that he had already died. Based on a complaint lodged by the patrol vehicle staff, the Abdullapurmet police booked a case and took up investigation.
The police are trying to ascertain when he returned from the United States and the exact cause of his death. It is learnt that his family was reportedly making arrangements for his marriage.
