Nagarkurnool: BJP State president N Ramchander Rao questioned the silence of Congress MP Rahul Gandhi over a two-month baby’s death in the district, while lecturing across the country about OBC rights. The BJP State chief along with party senior leaders visited Kummera village here on Tuesday and met the infant’s parents.
“The pain and sorrow of the parents, who lost their infant, reflect the Congress government’s inefficiency and poor law and order in the State,” Ramchander Rao said on X.
Slamming that social justice was merely a vote-bank slogan for the Congress party, the BJP State chief demanded the State government to initiate stern action against the offenders. The BJP would continue to fight till justice was delivered to the infant’s family, he added.
