A hoax bomb threat email sent to the Administrative Officer of Karimnagar district court on Wednesday prompted immediate police action. No explosives were found, and the threat was confirmed as a false alarm.

Karimnagar: The district court received a hoax bomb threat message on Wednesday. The court’s Administrative Officer Madhavi received an email stating that a bomb would go off in the district court at 12.30 pm.
The Administrative Officer immediately alerted Karimnagar Two Town Police. On receiving the information, police rushed to the spot along with a dog squad and bomb disposal squad and conducted thorough searches in every nook and corner of the court premises. However, no explosive material was found and the message was confirmed as hoax.
