Afzalgunj police arrested a 39-year-old Amberpet resident allegedly involved in multiple motorcycle thefts. Three stolen two-wheelers were recovered. The accused was identified through CCTV footage following a complaint from Osmania General Hospital and has been remanded.

Hyderabad: The Afzalgunj police on Sunday arrested a motorcycle thief who is involved in multiple cases and recovered three scooters and bikes from him.
The arrested man, Md Riyazuddin (39), a resident of Amberpet, moved around public places and used to steal vehicles. He had stolen the two wheelers from Ashok Bazaar, MG Bus Station and Osmania General Hospital.
On a complaint of a theft of a bike from Osmania Hospital, the Afzalgunj police had registered a case and, with the help of footages of the surveillance cameras installed in the hospital, identified the suspect and nabbed him. On interrogation, Riyazuddin admitted to have stolen the two-wheelers at three places. He is arrested and remanded.
