Sri Balaji Solar Energies, a Warangal-based renewable energy company, won six awards at the Telangana Annual Solar Awards 2026 during the Global Solar Expo in Hyderabad.

Warangal: The city-based Sri Balaji Solar Energies has secured six prestigious awards at the Telangana Annual Solar Awards 2026.
The awards were presented during the Global Solar Expo held on February 6 and 7 at the Hitex Exhibition Centre, Hyderabad. The company was honoured for its exceptional contribution and the highest number of installations under the Central government’s flagship scheme, PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana.
The firm demonstrated its dominance across various regions by winning the Diamond Award for highest number of installations in Warangal and Mulugu districts, Platinum Award in Siddipet district, the Gold Award in Jangaon district, Silver Award in Karimnagar and Mancherial districts.
The awards were received by the company’s director, Sagar Reddy, along with technical head Odelu, staff members Rajesh Reddy, Abhilash and Thirupathi. Established in 2011 by the founder and managing director Peddy Ganesh Reddy the company has grown into a leader in the renewable energy sector over the past 15 years, said a release here on Sunday.
