Telangana Cricket Association seeks neutral venue for talks with HCA

Hyderabad: Telangana Cricket Association general secretary Guruva Reddy appealed to the BCCI to ensure that a joint meeting of the TCA with the Hyderabad Cricket Association is convened at the earliest.

“We further request that the meeting be held at a neutral venue in Hyderabad that is easily accessible to both parties. Subject to HCA’s consent, TCA is willing to make necessary arrangements for hosting the meeting at such a neutral venue,” he said.

“For transparency and accurate record, the TCA shall arrange audio and video recording of the entire meeting, and the HCA may also simultaneously arrange its own audio and video recording,” the TCA official said.

“We respectfully request that only the duly elected and presently serving committee members of HCA and TCA for the current tenure be permitted to attend the meeting. No legal counsel or legal advisors may be present. However, up to two support staff from each side may be permitted solely for recording and minuting the proceedings,” he said.

“Further, in compliance with the directions of the Hon’ble Bombay High Court and in the interest of completeness of record, HCA is requested to kindly supply to TCA the full audio and video recordings of the meeting held on 29 March 2025 at Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium, on or before the proposed date of the joint meeting. For ready reference, TCA’s recorded minutes of the said meeting are enclosed,” Guruva Reddy said.
