HYDERABAD: Hanshi Shaswat Kumar of Hyderabad, founder of Senkoukai Karate, has become the world’s first karate master to be honored with the “World Supreme Grandmaster Crown of Martial Excellence Award”, one of the highest recognitions ever bestowed in the martial arts world.
The prestigious award was conferred in Osaka, Japan, by Soke Ahmad Al Hasani (Japan), Black Belt 10th Dan and President of Shotokan Ryu Traditional Karate Osaka Japan (HQ). The award recognizes Hanshi Shaswat Kumar’s extraordinary contributions to international martial arts, his lifelong dedication to karate, and his global leadership in preserving the true spirit of traditional Budo.
On the same occasion, Hanshi Shaswat Kumar was also honored with the “World Sokeship Recognition Certificate”, officially recognizing him as SOKE (Founder) of the unique and original karate style Senkoukai Karate.
With this recognition, Hanshi Shaswat Kumar is formally acknowledged as Soke – Founder of Senkoukai Karate, 10th Dan Black Belt (Japan), a globally respected martial arts leader and innovator and a historic first in Karate History
This Award also means that the Hyderabadi has won 20 international awards in just one year from different countries.
